Charles Max Wood: I think it's the next step of the recruitment process, this automation through videos and how to extract psychological features from videos by using AI. The challenge is again, we are trying to model something that I think is complicated. We have some models with some sort of good results but yeah, the key is we need more data. And another thing is that we're only focused on the domain of Mexico. So our model is very limited to a tiny small sample.
