The Future of Cryptocurrency Regulation

I think it was good to get the complaint out, because they made it public, so we knew that it was coming and whatnot. But I don't know that anything has actually really changed, because this is the same drum that has been, the SEC has been beating. So personally, I think that we would be in a better place if it was not regulation by enforcement. This is regulation by enforcement in the sense of trying to like shut down the operation of an industry. And that's above and beyond where an agency should be able to act.
