The Private Markets: Opportunities for Diversification

Valuations are starting to come up again, which is quite interesting year to date. But I think my sense is there's still a lot of concern with regards to illiquidity. And what we've been saying in our balanced bear research as well is private markets can give you access to really interesting assets and companies that might not be on the public markets. If you think about it like that, especially if you then also have manager alpha and manager benefits, for example, in times of distress,  there's a good role for private markets in the portfolio.
