Is the Sc C Having Enforcement Over the Spot Market?
I don't like not if these things aren't securities. I don't see the c c having any direct oversight around crypto asets that are commodities. And so, yef, some of these us are doing certain activities other than spot trading that qualify as securities transactions. Maybe they'll get some oversight there, but i don't think it's oversight of everything they're doing at those businesses.
