How Much Power Do Inflation Expectations Really Have as an Economic Force?
Inflation expectations are subjective and so heterogeneous across different parts of the population by age, demographic experience and so forth. How much power do they really have as an economic force? I think that goes bac to the previous question. To some extent, i think the fat should continue to spend a lot of time on figuring out how these inflatiend expectations actually translate into economic decision making.
