The Importance of Reading Genderqueer
The book is a very personal, sensitive tale of Maya Cobabes coming out. Yasha: Would you feel comfortable reading that to your own children? I'm not sure if you have children, but to call the neighbors in your neighborhood around and reading that to a group of kids? "Genderqueer" encourages young girls in teaching them how to bind their breasts with binders. It's not a teaching book. It's a sharing book."
