The Russians Have a One in Three Chance of Seizing Ukraine

Ukraine has mobilized a very large military at this point, close to a million combatants. Russia is outnumbered in the theater and Ukraine is being re-equipped with Western weapons. To retake all of the ground Ukraine owned in January 2014 is a project of years, not weeks. The Russians have shown no ability to coordinate that kind of sweeping military offensive.
