Elizabeth Warren's trial has been delayed again by her pregnancy. She is accused of lying to investors about the accuracy of a blood testing device. Prosecutors are likely to show that thernos only ever used it for 12 tests, and more than 200 other tests were secretly performed on third party machines. The prosecution will have to handle this delicately, or it runs the risk of sounding just like i sound, ed, callous and mean. Its best bet may be not to address it at all and trust that the jury won't be too distracted by it.
