I really think i elan is really trying to make this area into like mars bata. He's got 31 hundred acres, you know, by the airpourt, a gigantic amount of land there. Who knows what kind of stuff he's going to build there. I wanted to buy real estate in loston but couldn't do that without buying directly with cash. So muc by tase stock instead. But it's going to be a serious boom town.
