How to Become a Peer in a Community

Some people in a community you will resonate with more than others, maybe the moderators or regular contributors. It doesn't really matter who it is, youw'll have different kinds of relationships with different people. But knowing that they still make sense ause of the underlying assumptions and learnings from long before you joined te community, will help you blend in and become one of them. Just understand why rules are like this, and then embrace that and act in a compatible way, become a peer.
