I love that because you're including a lot of the skills that we've already talked about and again there's many more but it's you start with mindfulness and making space, paying attention non-judgmentally to what that emotion is telling you. And I think that is such an important place to begin. But of course individuals lost in addiction can have a hard time connecting with core values. So I wonder if you can actually offer up some tips for folks who may have a hardtime getting in touch with their values. Sure, yeah values are everything. I mean in terms of moving in an action oriented way that's going to be the most healing for your heart.
