Is There a Requirement to Experience Cognitive Dissonance in Buddhism?

i'm curious if you ever had any friction points in your development as a intellectual in the buddhist tradition, as a practitioner and also meeting buddhists. It's my conviction that in buddhism, there should not be a requirement to experience cognitive dissonence. And i think because of that, you should never have to be stuck in this place of cognitive dissonance. This is different from having an open question, or having an unanswerable question, and sitting in that space of uncertainty which is quite powerful. But, you know, i always wanted to rid myself of cognitive dissonances. That is one of its many sort of identities and orientations.
