Are Trees Boys and Girls?

Do all trees have a sex male or female? Or is that only true for some tree species? Alexia, do you want to start? Mark: I like to say I think this is your area. So my initial answer is first that the tree needs to grow towards the sun. All of the driving forces of how any plant grows is it wants to get as much sunlight as possible. And also roots are going to be tethered into as much soil as they can possibly find on the side of a mountain. That's my best answer at the moment.
