Spencer: Most of us are just wired conservative and we tend to have a cautious attitude toward change. We don't want to change anything too quickly because we're just not sure what the effects are going to be, Spencer says. Cassandra: I really like what you said in terms of that, it could be so much better. Let's just try to make it better.
