Christian faithful have the right to make known their opinions on matters pertaining to faith in morals if they do so in an appropriate manner without scandal and with appropriate regard for their sacred pastors. What you don't want to do is get a parishioner number now and simply feel that and in such a way that they assess that you have only acquired a Parishioner number for sake of things. That would seem to me to be important. I hadn't considered that you do not want to consider to have made a registration of convenience.
