What's the Most Important Thing About Being Transparent?
Every promotion at gelab will be announced to the entire company with a google dok. The most trivial thing is that we have a gitlap song book, and that many of the songs reference are values. Unless you have good reason to to make something internal or limit id, it is public. And its started because building a company around an open source project frequently leads to people who previously contributing to that open source project kind of disengaging,. Because now there's this big company, and it's kind of like a black box. You don't know what they're doing... We wanted to prevent that.
