What's Going on With the World Health Organization?

There were meetings last week and apparently negotiations going on now. I think a lot of people are now becoming aware of what's been in the planning stages for quite a while. The hot off the press things about the earthquake or about the WHO, they're really to my knowledge isn't anything really hot off the media. But as far as celery is concerned, there are a couple of really interesting things that I wasn't quite as schooled on as I might have been with this series.
