Cubernetes was not set up for transactional or statefl applications. Running a data base on cubernates was just ridiculously difficult. The path of san y for most people was to run it alongside instead of on. Statefull work loads was kind of something early days ta cuminate, if weu were just like, got, you gave demon sets to sort this out. It's really as simple as that. We didn't need stafle sets; we already had cockroach databases. You can take advantage of those things right now by building your own open-source version of cobernetes.
