The Brand Heart of Businesses

I always talk about the brand heart of businesses. And in your brand heart, the thing that's your living embodiment of your brand is german. It will be that way inclined, won't it? That if we all have our uniqueness, maybe from where we're born to how we were brought up, that needs to go into the brand heart. I think customers have an individual relationship to their chocolates anyway. Is it a milk chocolate from your childhood? Is it the 100 % that gives you a boost?
