The Negative Effects of Diversity on Women

The entire point of diversity is that people do have little different sensibilities about different topics and that's why you need all of them to capture all of the different sensibilities. So the very argument for diversity suggests that there are some places that some types of people are not optimized for because of the nature of the product. I think we could live with that. If somebody said, hey you men can't, you're just not the right choice for the CEO of Avon. Okay, I wouldn't be complaining at all.
