The Nurse's Health Study on Breast Cancer

A woman who is on h r t at the time of breast cancer diagnosis has a lower rate of mortality. Estrigen specifically, has been used to treat breast cancer and there have been significant favorable responses. If a woman gets pregnant after breast cancer, flooding her body with estrogen does not increase the risk of breast cancer coming back. And yet, as early as 19 forty four, there were researches publishing a 25 % response rate among women treated with estrogen.
