The Caveats of ADHD and Eating Behaviors
ADHD people generally have reduced intake of vegetables and fruits, increased intake of sugar, sweets, soft drinks, fast food. In some adults with ADHD, planning and preparing healthy food can be more difficult than grabbing a pizza. Even remembering to buy the ingredients when you have a poor working memory,. that can be an issue, of course. And in here is the trigger warning clacks on. Clacks on is a trade name. Does anybody have the pronounceers it clacks on and not clacks on?
