"I only find myself drawn to that if I am in stress," she says. "What I do hold on to a lot is my breathing, paying attention to my body and trying to get up and walk" When we're in chronic stress, all those stress hormones are being released in our system because our brain thinks we're we need to fight, right? She adds: "You pastors live through so much stress, pastors and leaders."
