The Importance of Diet and Exercise

I think diet's a big piece of it. There's really like a limited amount of time that you can train or else you're going to be in a state over training. When you're 20 you can get away with doing more shit but when you're older you can just fucking only train so many times. I don't do refined food. Any processed foods are out. So my diet in the beginning will be more protein and carbs and then later in the day it would be moreprotein and fat. And do you take any supplements to enhance your health? I'm going to take testosterone which is prettyucking strong. It's like hormone replacement therapy from a doc.
