There's an increased expectation from the workforce that employers will care for their mental health. If you're, you know, having this constant adverse psychological impact on your employees, then that's going to create pressure on the health system and all of those types of things. We really need to make sure we're encouraging people to really think about the relevant pieces around that license to operate.
