Tenectar Place vs AltiPlace

TNK was superior to AltiPlace in achieving early reprofusion in distal clods and in those patients with a low clot burden score. It's also important to note that close to 30% of patients exhibited some degree of thrombus change with Tenectar Place administration compared to only less than 15% of patients treated with Alti place. So what does that all mean? It means that IV thrombolytics, BTNK or Altiplace are in general not that good in opening up large proximal occlusions.
