How Do We Change Our Habits?
I like to simplify change in the two steps becoming conscious of what's happening and then making a new choice not relying on that older ingrained habitual pattern simply doing something different. I learned about mindfulness in my early 20s that was all nice ideas I never put it in action meaning I never a saw how unconscious I was so I would allow my autopilot to dictate and determine what gets to happen next. So until we learn how to be in that observation waking up say starting tomorrow morning and actually just observing what are the first couple things that you do with your day this is where we start.
