The Role of Religion in Wars
There is a theory called the War Sociality Hypothesis that war makes people more religious. If religion is an attempt to deal with our fears involved in being in a disaster situation, what do you expect? Of course, people are going to be more religious who are constantly going to fight each other and risk their death every single day.
