You have to trust your packer. In fact, there's people who that's what they do for money. And so and when you're training, that seems stressful. Like it's, I've probably had to use a reserve probably six or seven times over my 24 years - which is very low actually. But most people who get into skydiving like are pretty good at managing risk in real time.
