How to Refresh Your Coins

Users need to come online at least once every four weeks to stop the ASP being able to run away with their coins. Do you need to do an on-chain transaction for that refresh? Or is it just like going online? You do, we call it remix. It's a cool term. They're all off chain coin joins, right? I mean, there is the on chain part of it, but it's minimal one in three out every five seconds. The idea is to get multiple mixes to give yourself additional privacy.
