The key to start with is in product market fit. What I fear, especially on the early stage companies, is that the founder doesn't do any selling,. Then drives unrealistic goals on either marketing or sales because they don't understand it. The CEO of Gong sold their first 50 customers then hired UDI and then a year later hired ahead of sales. It's interesting when you think about it; I don't have all the answers but we're going to keep moving and growing.
