The Hubble Deep Field Observations

The Hubble Deep Field observations have been a long-standing project with the telescope. Looking at a small patch of sky, trying to understand the evolution of stars and galaxies. By now, you know, we have seen when the universe was only about half a billion years old. The rate of star formation peaked around ten billion years or so, and it is declining ever since.
