Dance and Deception by Michael Breschnikov
This is set during the early 80s, Cold War. Michael Breschnikov is a dancer who has defected. Gregory Hines is married to Isabela Rosalini and she gets pregnant. He then decides that he regrets his defection and wants to raise the kid in the US. The three of them have to figure out how to get out of the Soviet Union through the power of dance and deception.
