The Importance of Napping

If you're feeling a little sleepy, be inconsistent with your nap time and keep it under 30 minutes. You just don't want to run the risk of dripping into deep sleep because then you experience that sleep inertia. When you wake up, you feel worse than you did before. There is some concern potentially that like what, if you do take a nap and it's, you know, for a longer period of time, you may be harder to get to sleep. But as long as you're not getting distressed about it, you kind of know what you're in for,.You know, and know that your body will take care of you.
