Self Awareness - What Is It All About?

Most people come to therapy or seek self help with this goal of trying to be happier with myself. And in doing so that disconnection from body and being stuck in my head means I actually lose my richest resource, which is connection to myself. To me what this always goes back to is childhood childhood patterning really understanding our attachment. It has to do with two things, rigidity and chaos.
