The Effects of Morebivir on CMV Clearance

Morebivir did significantly improve CMV clearance at eight weeks compared to best available therapy, and there were much less adverse events so there was less nephrotoxicity less neutropenia.CMVir does cause a pretty significant taste disturbance though and that's going to be something very important to counsel your patients on. This is an oral option for refractory resistance CMV. But Emily, I think I'm going to kick it back over to you to talk about some not so good stuff.
