Roy Swassinger: A Secret Agent

In 1982, Roy Swassinger was given a contract by the US Senate and later Supreme Court to investigate banking fraud. In the late 80s, he began sharing his knowledge with others, including high ranking military personnel who helped him bring about a class action lawsuit against the federal government. Now, this fictitious class action lawsuit would become the foundation upon which so many scams and hoaxes would be built.
