How Do You Negotiate for One of a Better Word With Leaders?
It can take up to three to six months just to convince leadership of the proper process and get them on board. I use a combination of evidence and case studies and how it relates to them in their actual organization but most importantly speaking speaking to their people. Once we speak to their people once they speak to theirpeople understand what the actual causes are or what the actual pain points of their people is then we can have a better understanding of the conversation.
