How to Create Habits With Ease

A malnourished brain is not going to create habits with ease. So making sure that our diets are optimal is also important. At the same time, make bad habits full of friction. If you have crap in your house, it's easy to reach for it. Make the friction high. You've got to drive down the road to go and fix that favourite thing that isn't supporting you. Lower the friction for the things that are good for you.
