Building a Brand and a Different Alternative to the Market

I'm slowly starting to see the, you know, this market becoming that because there's all these people selling these courses and seminars on how to acquire a business. And my first question is, well, why the fuck are they doing this when they could be buying a business? I've had one guy in America trying to utilize our name and brand trying to approach certain brokers in America. It pisses me off because there's a lot of good businesses for sale at the moment where if the owners were sensible a deal can be done with any business.
