The Path to Anxiety

Anxiety occurs somewhere along the way there for the neurotic. The starting place for anxiety is a breakdown of fantasy. On page four, you can see fantasy midway between the two desires, desirous big others that I was talking about. If fantasy starts to falter and we turn right out of fantasy in the graph of desire, we see the big other as desirous and we freak out. That's what we're talking about here. You don't know what you want either.
