The Influence of Ideas on the Rise of the Federal Society

The Federalist Society is a group essentially of lawyers, law professors who are interested in especially the doctrine of constitutional originalism. It's had some great successes in getting sort of originalist judges and justices appointed to our lower courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. The political theorists that I'm talking about wasn't targeted necessarily at law schools. So there's a lot of points of overlap but the constitutionalist critique out of Claremont and other places grows up around the same time.
