How Many People in the World Know That You've Had These Thoughts?

I think that one of the main top reasons why people end up taking their own life is that they don't have anyone to talk to. I'm not done any research, all anecdotal conversations. So this is all speculative. But a lot of times it seems like there's this kind of perfect storm where maybe there's family problems or relationships problems or health problems and somebody starts getting in trouble with the law. And then people react to situations in certain ways and that can make it worse.
