The Nature of Knowledge Work Isn't Predisposed to Get Into Flow
The nature of knowledge work isn't conducive to flow. Not all knowledge work will require people to stretch like responding to an email and may not require that. There are things that organizations can do, working collaboratively, people can get into flow, right? And so scheduling times to be able to generate ideas brainstorm ideas with other people can getting into flow as opposed to just meetings that have very strict protocols.
