The Institutions That Made Modern Science Possible

The development of the institutions which made the development of modern science in all its offshoots, what i call liberal science, possible. It's the creation of these institutional hubs that makes it possible to go from a bunch of atamistic individual simply arguing with each other,. into an organized world where ideas are being treated systematically. And so you can't really understand what's going on inside the world of conjectures and refutations if you leave out the institutions. I assume aor we will listen.
