I think it is wrong to automatically point to the vaccine. There weren't properly done randomized trials with of sufficient power, which means generally like with enough people for young people. So that pool is already mixed at this point. Almost everyone has already had COVID and then you know an incredibly high number of people have been vaccinated. The numbers themselves are an extrapolation. It's very hard to know definitively one way or another.
