The Binary of Elites Versus Non-Elites

I think Developing countries have more fluorescent lighting less than so that's maybe the way they're used to well Chinese just having traveled like Cambodia Vietnam. Most people are actually okay with that elites and quote-unquote non-elite is that our current elite is terrible And it's been terrible. I mean it depends on how far back you want to go I would probably say what like 1960 the whole classic rant about the managerial revolution. There was this girl in my class who at at the end was like just so everyone knows I've been counting that the number of minutes that women spoke  and men out numbered like two to one Or something like even though the class is 50 50.
