Archie Cart is a 45-year-old man who was diagnosed with hypertension in his 30s. He's had years of progressive dyspnea on exertion accompanied occasionally by chest pain. On exam, he does have a three out of six asolic murmur at a lesser number that radiates to his back. Chloroctation of the aorta is one of the potential causes for secondary hypertension.
