How to Cash in an I Bond

Starting in about 2008, truthfully, maybe all the way until 2018 when many of those years, the interest rate for the fixed part was at 0.20%, 0.10%. Those are all years where if you like the concept of an I bond, I do not have a problem with you selling your I bond. Now there are some of you, Pimpod I bonds, starting in 2019 through 2022, that you also have essentially a very low fixed interest rate or a 0% interest rate.
