How to Say No and Have a Shorter Conversation

I want to not feel bad afterwards as the primary thing. And I suspect that the way I get there probably goes through having a shorter conversation, but I'm not sure of that. So it would probably be ideal for me to actually spend less time on the conversation and then not feel bad that I didn't give them that conversation. That's an annoying emotion. Those are very different emotions like guilty is like I should be doing this differently bad that I just had this hour long conversation with someone. But I just wasted all this time, which that would only be fixed by spending less time onThe book comes out in paperback next month.
